Terms & cancellation

Booking. A $95 deposit holds your appointment. The rest of the price is charged to the same card when the cleaning is finished. By booking you allow us to charge that card for the rest.

Cancelling. You can cancel with the link in your text message or by calling (914) 589-9628. The cancellation fee is $35, when you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. The rest of your deposit goes back to your card.

Time. A visit can take up to two hours. If we are running late, we will let you know.

Text messages. If you tick the box when booking, Fresh Spin texts you about your appointment: a confirmation, a reminder the morning of your visit, and a thank-you note after the cleaning. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.
